The Old Farmhouse is available to letting agents without exclusivity nor on a prospecting basis. The property is already offered thru RightMove and Zoopla thru OpenRent. However, if you have specific clients who you would like to view the property then we would be pleased to enter into a bespoke agreement with you. Your normal property-owner terms would be applicable on the following basis…

• The property will be managed by ourselves on a flexible monthly basis.
• Monthly rental payments will be direct.
• The tenancy agreement will be our own.
• Credit referencing will be thru either our own referencing agency or yours by agreement.
• By arrangement, we will pay you a pre-agreed commission fee or a percentage of the first months rent.
• Other terms & conditions by agreement.
