Location
The Old Farmhouse is located on Village Road in the historic Doomsday listed Clifton Village. Close by are three-hundred year old thatched-roof cottages, St Marys Church and the scenic River Trent. Clifton Village is set within the southern boundary of Nottingham City with close access to the M1 motorway, East Midlands Airport, two mainline Nottingham rail station, the QMC Queens Medical Centre and both Nottingham University and Nottingham Trent University – with the Nottingham Trent University’s main campus being particularly close by.

The main duelled A453 gives rapid access to both Nottingham City Centre and the M1 Motorway. The Nottingham tramline service Clifton South terminal is a ten to fifteen minutes walk with a Nottingham City Transport regular bus service within five minutes. There are easy access scenic walkways and cycle routes alongside the river Trent all the way into Nottingham City Centre.
